10 Contest Rules That Protect the Company and Promote Fair Play

Qualified Appointments Only

Appointments must be scheduled through the Commonstead system, be attended by the customer, and meet minimum qualification standards. No duplicate appointments.

Four-to-One Validation Rule

Appointment points are awarded only after a qualifying ratio of 1 completed contract for every 4 appointments. This prevents appointment stuffing.

No Self-Generated Appointments

Participants may not set appointments for themselves or family members solely to earn points, or create transactions designed primarily to increase leaderboard position. Company may review any unusual activity.

No Duplicate Credit

One project. One participant. One point award. If multiple people assist, commission can be shared. Contest points go to the assigned producer according to company policy.

Good Standing

Participant must be an active Commonstead Connector or PRO, be in good standing and follow all company policies and procedures.

Quality Standard

Cancelled contracts, chargebacks, fraudulent applications, or returned installations do not qualify. If a project cancels before funding, points are removed.

Leadership Discretion

Commonstead reserves the right to audit results, correct scoring errors, remove fraudulent activity, and make final determinations.

Tie Breaker

If two participants finish with the same points: 1. Most Solar Contracts | 2. Most Bundles | 3. Earliest qualifying production.

Integrity Clause

This contest is designed to reward the people who create the greatest financial impact for homeowners and businesses while living the values of Commonstead.

Minimum Production to Qualify for Prizes

To be eligible for any prize (Top 20 and weekly mini bonuses), participants must have a minimum of: 4 completed Bundles OR 3 completed Solar Contracts.
